This gets a bit tricky. Some wallpaper will come off easily when the glue is older, and this involves removing the top designer layer and the second glue paper backing layer using steam. Occasionally even with steam the wallpaper glue layer just will not come off and this takes some time to remove by hand. You never know how long it will take until you start. It might be risky but the beautiful results at the end will be worth the cost.
